How will I join the sessions?
Once you register, we will share the details with you. The sessions will be conducted over zoom. The joining link will be available 30 minutes before the session starts, and we recommend joining 15 minutes early to ensure everything is set up properly.

Is it necessary to join through a laptop, or can I use my phone?
You can join the session using your phone, but for the best learning experience, we recommend using a laptop or desktop. Make sure you have a stable internet connection with at least 2GB of data for each session.
If joining via mobile phone, ensure your camera is on and your phone is set to Do Not Disturb mode.
I’m in a different country/time zone. Will the recordings be provided?
Unfortunately, we won’t be offering recordings for these sessions, as they are intended to be interactive and require live participation. However, you can join the sessions at 6:30am IST.
Can beginners join this class?
Absolutely, beginners are welcome! This workshop is designed for participants of all levels.
What is the language of the program?
The program will be conducted in English.
I have chronic conditions like diabetes, thyroid issues, and high blood pressure. Is it safe for me to practice yoga?

Will the session be LIVE or pre-recorded?
The sessions will be live, and there will be no recordings available.
Can I participate in the workshop during pregnancy?
Yes, yoga can be highly beneficial during pregnancy, but it’s essential to tailor the asanas to your specific trimester. We will work with you to ensure the practices are appropriate and safe. Additionally, you can gain valuable insights from the Ayurvedic wisdom shared in the program to support your health during this special time.
Can I practice yoga during my menstrual cycle?
Yes, you can definitely practice during your period. There’s no issue with continuing your sessions, and you can adjust the intensity based on how you’re feeling.
How will I continue my journey after 21 days?
After the 21-day workshop, you’ll be fully equipped to continue your practice independently. We’ll ensure you have a thorough understanding of the techniques through detailed instruction and daily practice. To support your ongoing journey, you’ll receive a self-practice guide featuring a library of videos and tutorials for continued practice. Additionally, we can connect you with a classical yoga teacher in your city, trained at Sadhguru Gurukulam in Coimbatore, who can guide you in exploring more advanced practices.
You will get access to the ayurvedic lifestyle tips and worksheet shared during the course for body and mind assessment. You’ll also get access to the different diet plans, easy to make recipes and other resources shared during the course.
What if I miss a session?
We encourage you to attend all sessions to fully benefit from the program. If you do miss a session, we will review the material the following day so you can catch up. However, please note that missing two consecutive sessions is not permitted, as it may impact your progress.
